Every visitor here just played competitive CS2 and is actively reviewing their own match — not skimming a feed.
+59% session growth over 60 days — with zero advertising
Every session below came from organic Google search. No paid acquisition, no influencer spend, no promotion of any kind to date. Launched March 2026 — this is the floor, and real investment in visibility is starting now.
Dwell time, not impressions
A gaming news page gets 15–30 seconds of passive skimming. Here, a player drops in their own demo (or syncs it automatically from Steam or FACEIT) and actively scrubs through rounds for minutes at a time — inspecting positioning, utility usage, and clutches. ~67 recorded interactions per session is the signal: this is a tool being used, not a page being passed through.
Every visitor already owns CS2 and came here with zero prompting from us. There's no audience mismatch to price around.
The free alternative
Comparable round-by-round replay analysis is normally a paid feature at competing tools. CS2 Replays does it free, funded by placements like this one.
| Tool | 2D Round Replay | Price |
|---|---|---|
| CS2 Replays | Included | Free |
| Leetify Pro | Included | $8–15/mo |
| Scope.gg | Included | $8–15/mo |
| Refrag | Included | $8–15/mo |
Four tiers, not one ask
A placement and a product integration are different decisions — we keep them separate rather than bundle them into one pitch.
Placement
A badge or ad slot. No engineering dependency on either side.
Live todayWeapon-category link
"Shop AK-47 skins" tied to the weapon type on screen right now.
Buildable nowSkin-ID data card
Names the exact equipped skin as text, with a shop link. Not a picture of it.
Confirmed feasibleVisual skin rendering
Actually texturing the 3D model with the real skin. A funded feature build.
Deal-dependentLanding page
Tier AStandard display inventory below the fold, before a visitor starts using the tool.
CS2 Match Viewer
Watch your CS2 demos round by round — sync from Steam or FACEIT, or drop any .dem file.
Upload Demo FileMatch dashboard
Tier ASigned-in players browsing synced match history — a search-results-style context, same logic as a results page.
Replay playback bar
Tier ATier CThe one surface inside the active viewer — kept to a single static sponsor credit, never a rotating ad, because this is the ~7-minute high-attention window itself. The skin-ID card sits alongside it, not inside the control bar.
Share & QR modal
Tier AEvery shared replay link generates a QR code for instant mobile hand-off — a real, existing feature, and a second surface for a sponsor credit beyond the main viewer.
3D viewer — an open build slot
Tier DThe 3D viewer already renders every player as a full body model moving through the real map geometry — right now in flat team color. That rendering pipeline is the foundation: the same pass that colors the model could texture it with a real skin, or drive a "best skins this match" showcase reel. A genuine build opportunity for a partner ready to fund it, not a copy change.
Methodology & notes
- Source: Cloudflare Analytics Engine, first-party client-side events. No third-party tracking.
- Sessions counted by distinct per-tab session token; figures are Cloudflare's adaptively-sampled estimates at this volume, not exact counts.
- "Active watch time" measures the interval between a replay opening and closing where both events fired cleanly (n=195, trailing 30 days) — sessions abandoned via tab-close aren't included, so this is a conservative floor, not a ceiling.
- Session-duration figures exclude idle/backgrounded browser tabs (~5% of sessions), which otherwise inflate raw duration well past any real engagement time.
- Growth figures compare three consecutive trailing 30-day windows against the same query, not calendar months. Analytics history begins June 10, 2026.
